Dear Connie,
Just wanted to thank you again for watching the kids Saturday night. We had a great time at the party and so did the kids; Claire did try to look for you Sunday morning, and asked me where your car was and why you didn’t sleep over! Andrew was elated about the games you played and movies he got to watch with you, and asked when the next party was! We enjoy an occasional night out, but we were paying for it on Sunday! We really do appreciate your coming over despite the injured toe. I just hope the kids weren’t too rough on you. They did have a blast! You have such a warm inner spirit and you are so liked by our kids, I just wish everyone could see that! You are a special friend to our family here in Minnesota!
