Tax Credit extension and expansion through 4/31/2010. What does that mean to you? For some it may be that they will be able to receive an $8000 tax credit for making a home/townhome or condo purchase. For others it may mean that there are more buyers out there in the market for a new home, making NOW the best time possible for you to sell. The Expansion is a great option for those in a Move-up or Downsize situation. NOW is both a good time to buy and a great time to sell!
